TheNHL Heritage Classicis one of the Leagues annual outdoor regular-season games. The 2023 edition featured theCalgary FlamesandEdmonton Oilersfacing off in the first outdoor showdown of the bitter“Battle of Alberta”rivalry.

A special edition disc was created in each teams primary color on500 Spectrum plastic, with theteam logos circled by an ironwork accent, and finished by an NHL Heritage Classic logobottom stamp.
