It is time to up the Tempo! The Axiom Tempo is back after the OTB Open release, now with an MVP Open Special Release. The Tempo from MVP has been one of the hottest and most sought-after MVP Discs since some small runs for events last year, in the out of production Proton Soft plastic.

The Tempo is a Zone-like disc, perfect for those overstable approach shots either forehand or backhand. This is a must have in every players bags, and finally there is a true Axiom option for this slot. This is perhaps a touch straighter than the Zone, but still a great fit for the approach disc 4-speed category.

About the plastic: Proton Soft has a great feel in the hand, typically on the softer side and they are often semi-transparent in looks. This an out of production plastic at MVP, and only brought out for special runs such as these. Extremely gummy, grippy, with minimal ground play which makes it perfect for approach shots. They are one of the more stable plastics out of MVP besides Eclipse. These are extremely durable, and look really fantastic in vibrant colors.
