The Era

The Era is the first disc in Drew Gibson’s Finish Line. This disc is designed to be the all purpose control driver for players of all skill level.

With a flat top and neutral flight path the Era works well for both backhand and forehand throws. It is understable enough to work for newer players, but has enough stability that it can handle the power of Drew Gibson. The Era has enough speed and glide to go as far as many distance drivers, but has minimal fade for the straight flight of a fairway.

Compared with the Forged plastic version of the Era, the Composite Era has a touch more stability with less high speed turn and more end of flight fade. There is a total of 6,000 total discs in the first ever Composite run.

NOTE: The first Composite Eras produced in this run have a typo on the flight plate. It is not a 5-speed, and “driver” should be uppercase. Making these a true misprint.

Composite Plastic

Composite is Finish Line’s flagship plastic blend. Boasting optimal grip and durability, Composite blend plastic combines the same polymers used in Forged plastic with an additional polymer providing added grip without sacrificing any of the durability and consistency found in our other plastics.
