The Prodigy Disc D2 Max is the second release in Prodigys Max Series of distance drivers. It is a fast, overstable driver with slightly less stability than the D1 Max. The slightly shallower rim and flatter top provide increased speed and glide compared to the original D2 and give the D2 Max a softer finish. The D2 will continue to be produced as a staple in our lineup, and its Max counterpart serves as a great compliment, adding another reliable driver for power throwers that will push the boundaries of their maximum distance. All the D Series distance drivers are designed so that the flights are extremely consistent with a narrower flight path than conventional long distance disc golf discs, making them more accurate and much more forgiving.

Plastic: 500 – See all 500 Discs
500 Plastic has been in development for quite some time, formulated and based on carefully considered player feedback. It has a stiffer, less gummy feel than 400 Plastic. This provides an extremely confident grip on the flight plate, balancing just the right amount of flex and firmness with a very solid feeling rim that disc golfers are going to love.

Stamp: Stock
This is the standard, or stock, stamp for this mold in this plastic, at this time. Stock stamps change from time to time as manufacturers attempt to keep their offerings fresh.
